Help using Pachanga App — on your device and on the web.

Get help from the app

  1. Open Pachanga App on your device.
  2. Go to your Profile tab.
  3. Tap Support or Help (wording may vary by version).
  4. Describe your issue and send the report — include your group or match details when relevant.

Common topics

  • Invite links — Shared links from WhatsApp should open the app if installed. If not, install from the store and open the link again.
  • Ghost player claims — Use the claim link your captain sent (/claim/…). Sign in with the same account you will use in the group.
  • Offline sync — Changes made offline upload when you reconnect. Keep the app open briefly on Wi‑Fi or mobile data after a match.
  • Team balancing — Only confirmed players are included. Ask your captain to confirm sign-ups before balancing.
  • Lost data after reinstall? — Your groups and stats are stored on the server. Sign in with the same account to restore everything.
